
Yoga Weekend Breaks

Imagine starting your yoga weekend with a walk that leaves the hotel past a winding beck, and over a bridge that lifts you up onto open fells with waterfalls and expansive views. From here, we pause, breathe and soak up the dramatic landscape before entering into the secret gated yoga forest.
Roots twist across the ground, you are surrounded by moss and trees and there is a satisfying feeling of gradually leaving the maddening crowds behind. Our Yoga Yurt sits quietly in a mountain forest clearing, and the soft natural light filters through the circular skylight whilst the wood burner keeps us toasty warm no matter the season.
Inside feels cocooned, calm and gently alive. We settle down, ground, arrive and check-in. Here we begin our pranayama/breath work to prepare for our practice. We set our intentions and move into exploring them through a grounded flow of breath and alignment in asana. Your movement practice finishes with a deep forest Nidra and relaxation.
As we slowly come back round, we have some time to share before walking back down the stone fell path that leads to the bridge. Over the bridge and along the beck back to your warm and welcoming hotel, where a hearty dinners calls.
