Workshop 7 Mar: Equinox Yoga

7th March 2026, 10:00-14:30 This workshop is all about renewal and growth. We will be working with the liver and gallbladder meridians related to the Spring element of wood. Strengthening the smooth flow of energy and ability to implement sound judgment, helping you move towards uninhibited expansion. Delivered in the Yoga Yurt nestled within the Grasmere Mountain Forest this is an escape into the wild. It is a 4.5hr workshop starting at 10:00, meeting at the Swan Hotel, Grasmere and involves a short fell walk to the Yurt and Forest. All yoga aids provided.
