6th June 2026, 10:00-14:30 A fun workshop where we let go of what we think we know about our yoga practice and allow our experience of alignment to be formed in precision through curiosity and play. Precision will bring us here and now into awareness and focus, and play allows our aliveness to flow. Merging these forces in our yoga will keep the beginners mind fresh, and allow a lighter and more joyful approach. Delivered in the Yoga Yurt nestled within the Grasmere Mountain Forest this is an escape into the wild. It is a 4.5hr workshop starting at 10:00, meeting at the Swan Hotel, Grasmere and involves a short fell walk to the Forest and Yurt. No experience needed. All yoga aids provided.
