Workshop 14 Feb: Yoga of Love and Union

Service Description

14th February 2026, 10:00-14:30 Cultivating friendliness and connection towards oneself and others through a series of heart opening practices and meta visualisations. Delivered in the Yoga Yurt and set within the beautiful Grasmere Mountain Forest. This 4.5hr workshop is for anyone who wishes to reclaim love as a frequency and action rather than merely an affection. Take part alone or with a loved one. All experience levels welcomed. All yoga aids provided.
