Cancellation Policy

Please bring a filled water bottle and wear sturdy footwear for our walk up to the forest yurt.. This is a very special day with 2 instsructors. We will be exploring breathwork, yoga and the forest for meditation. Followed by drumming around the fire with home-made soup, crusty rolls and of course cake!
